Yes and no. The strength of someone who doesn’t identify with any group is their ability to transcend the need to belong or feel accepted (Maslow’s third stage in his hierarchy of needs). By not needing to fit in to any mold, it allows us to be exactly who we are, which can never be defined by a title or label.
